Made to measure:
All tailoring features a construction that allows the garment to be altered by us or by your local tailor. Adding length to sleeves and legs is possible thanks to extra seam-allowance.

Raglan:
Referring to diagonal shoulder seams from neck to arm-pit, creating space to move freely when worn fitted, while draping nicely around the shoulders when worn oversized. All JANYAN jackets and shirts feature a half-raglan construction, meaning it only features diagonal seams on the back, maintaining a clean frontal appearance.

2. The atelier will confirm the shipping date based on the current production schedule and availability of fabrics. Clothing orders are ready to ship within four weeks, leather goods and shoes take up to six weeks, eyewear and silk ship directly from stock.

3. We offer worldwide shipping, tracking info will be provided upon transit. 

4. If you wish to return or exchange goods, please maintain products in the original state and contact us through tailor@jan-yan.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty days upon receipt.
